In order to get these Bonus Free pack, player have to transfer at least 500 Zen into their Neverwinter account. After the transfer process gets completed, player will see the free bundle in their gaming inbox. At level 60 you will starting finding shards to refine and add in the second weapon and armor slots. It's expensive tho if you want to buty he mats to do it. Coalecent wards are currently 130k in the AH, and you will need one for every enchant. You can get them as a random drop from the celestial boxes in thhe bazaar, but he odds are slim. Menzoberranzan Renegade Pack (+3 slots). Guardian of Neverwinter Pack (+1 slot). Knight of the Feywild Pack (+1 slot).

A combat-ready canine trained to defend adventurers with his trusty shield he wears on his back. You will not find a companion as loyal as the War Dog in Neverwinter. This exclusive War Dog companion, only available through this free bundle, is a blue quality companion and has a max rank of 25. This provides you with three skins from which to pick before upgrading to unlock the forth.
The War Dog has initial power points in Defense and Regeneration, along with one offensive and two defensive slots for Runestones.
The War Dog has three powers and one active bonus:

+6.5% reduced threat
Bite:
2s cooldown
Physical Damage
Deals damage and additional threat to target foe.

Crippling Bite:
The bite attack slows movement speed of targets that are hit to 25% for 6 seconds. (This power unlocks at companion rank 30.)
Embroidered Bag of Holding – A bag with a larger inside than out. Has 12 inventory slots.
Personal Greater Stone of Health – Inscribed with arcane symbols, this stone will fully heal the wielder when used. Starts with 200 total chargers.
5x Preservation Ward – Protects your Refining Stones from being lost on a failed upgrade. This item is only consumed on a failed attempt where it is used as a component.
Change Appearance token – Grants the ability to fully customize your character’s appearance again with the Change Appearance spell while visiting Lady Jyllian in Protector’s Enclave.
Retraining Token – Grants ability to reselect what Feats, ability scores, Powers and Boons you have chosen from the level up process.
1 Character Slot - Unlocks 1 character slot on the Character Select menu.
**All items in the bundle are bound to the account; however the pack can only be claimed once per account. The first character on the account to login after the pack has been applied will receive the first time buyers pack in their in-game mailbox.
